How do you know which business uses the number?
We only show a name when the number is listed as a verified business in our directory. We do not guess it from users' comments or from internet searches.
Why does no business appear?
Because the number is not verified as a business number. It may be a private person, a business that has not registered it or a number used for spam. Open its NoCall page to see whether other users have reported it.
Can my business appear?
Yes. If your business calls from its own numbers, you can ask us to add it to the directory of verified numbers so your customers recognise the call.
Can I find out who owns a private person's number?
No. For privacy reasons we never show who owns a private line.
