“partner answered their call and ask what is this in regards. The lady on the phone said it was a “personal matter”. Called the number 30min later with a different voice on the other side. He asked for a reference number. I told him the lady didn’t give one. Proceeded to ask for last name and DOB. Then he said theres nothing on their call log for me. When i corrected him on spelling my last name he said “a” and “e” are the same thing ?. like seriously. I asked what do u guys call for - he said financial institution but didnt say which one. The first caller said she will call around 10:30 so will see”
