Caller wanted to talk to an account or IT manager about upcoming license renewals for a client of ours which is not the right approach if legitimate. If legit I suspect It's Microsoft trying to step in between us and another licensing provider to cut out the middle man. Otherwise the call stinks like an unprofessional scam.
