Se hacen pasar por Endesa. Me pide que confirme los datos de mi dirección postal. Y después me dicen que me dan u mes de luz gratis por el covid-19. Le comento que me parece muy raro y que tiene que haber alguna condición. Me dice que ninguna ...bueno estar un año con el servicio. Le digo que no sé...y me dice que me va a mandar un sms de Endesa y si me interesa que conteste al mensaje con un SI, y si no que lo mande nada.

Se hace pasar por Endesa, solo quieren datos para cambiar de suministradora varias veces y así hacer la estafa.Llaman y cuelgan, vuelven a insistir varias veces algunas no contestan y luego muy amablemente nos dicen que sus compañeros ya se han puesto en contacto con nosotros.Solicitar que borren los datos que tengan sobre nosotros según Ley de Competencia Desleal artículo 29 y Ley de Protección de Datos artículo 30.4 Colgar y añadir a la lista de spam para que el teléfono no reciba la llamada.
