Su intención cobrar deudas vencidas y prescritas, haciéndose pasar por Bancos o Empresas, llegan a clonar incluso las webs de las entidades para que les paguen los incautos que se asustan de sus SMS y Cartas fraudulentas. Los que llaman no son ni abogados ni nada: son Miserables telefonistas que por una porquería de sueldo se dedican a asustar y acosar a la gente.

Su intención cobrar deudas vencidas y prescritas, haciéndose pasar por Bancos o Empresas, llegan a clonar incluso las webs de las entidades para que les paguen los incautos que se asustan de sus SMS y Cartas fraudulentas. Los que llaman no son ni abogados ni nada: son Miserables telefonistas que por una porquería de sueldo se dedican a asustar y acosar a la gente.
Este tipo de EMPRESAS BUITRE como INTRUM no pueden demostrar nada (si pudieran hace tiempo que hubieran ido a un juzgado que es donde se reclaman las cosas), es mas si le solicitas COPIA de la DOCUMENTACIÓN que demuestre FEHACIENTEMENTE lo que dicen … dicen que no (que no, porque no tienen nada). La LOPD y el BDE, lo dice muy claro , las deudas tienen que ser ciertas, vencidas y exigibles fehacientemente, si ha esto le unimos que todos sus INTERESES son USUREROS (LEY AZCARATE 1908 CONTRA LA USURA), pues no tienen nada que hacer y por eso no recurren a la Justicia y si además son deudas no reclamadas en 4 años, pues nada sinvergüenzas de INTRUM, esas DEUDAS ESTAN PRESCRITAS, así que nada, bloquear y si os llaman mas de 5 veces al día o 10 al mes los podéis DENUNCIAR por ACOSO, eso si llamadas grabadas, y siempre sin RECONOCER la DEUDA, NO TIENEN NADA QUE HACER, en el caso de que habléis con esta gentuza.
Pero el Consejo, es no coger las llamadas, o colgar. Y BLOQUEAR sus número además de denunciarlos en webs como esta.
