They've called and left messages earlier claiming suspected fraud. I've called Citibank directly and found no fraud. I have not called the 212-449-1000 number, I called the number found on my credit card.

Caller claimed to be from Citi Group fraud department regarding unauthorized use of credit card. Asked for security codes. Said the card would be canceled. Called Citi to verify. Citi had no record of fraud activity nor card being canceled. Stated Citi will never ask for security codes on cards when calling.

Sophisticated fraud call. Apparently, someone opened a credit card on my name and purchased a fire arm, which is a federal crime. They even connected me FBI field office in Portland,OR to report a case. If FBI report is not received within two hours, my accounts will be frozen etc. hey were trying to get my two forms of identification using WA video/Audio call, I dropped the call. Checked with my credit cards to make sure all is good.
