Ich habe heute morgen so ein Telefon bekommen. Es war eine Frau am Telefon und sagte; dass mein Computer demnächst abstürzen würde. Ich erklärte ihr, dass ich kein Englisch spreche. Sie fragte mich, was ich auf meinem Bildschirm sehen würde? Ob ich jetzt am Computer arbeiten würde. Ich habe dann den Hörer aufgelegt. Jetzt um 15Uhr30 hat das Telefon wieder geklingelt mit der gleichen Rufnummer aber ich nehme nicht mehr ab.

Hatte gestern und heute mehrere Anrufe dieser Nr. Ein englisch sprechender Mann mit Indischem Akzent. Behauptet ich habe mit meinem Computer ein Problem mit Internet. Fragte nach seiner Idendität, was er vage mit “Meintenance Department Windows beantwortete. Frage nach E-Mail wurde mit [email protected] oder [email protected] beantwortet. Bei Abfrage der Adresse wurde aufgelegt. Bin der Meinung hier ist grösste Vorsicht geboten, rate allen keine PC Manipulationen wie von dieser Te. Nr. gewünscht auszuführen. Es ist einerseits beruhigend zu lesen, dass wir nicht die EInzigen sind, die von dieser Telefonnummer "belästigt" werden. Beim dritten Anruf habe ich gesagt, dass sie bereits angerufen habe und ich schon gesagt habe, dass ich kein Englisch spreche, sondern nur Deutsch, dann legte ich auf. Wie lange jedoch die Ruhe anhalten wird, weiss ich nicht, mal schauen...Es muss sehr spannend sein, andere Leute zu nerven, oder ist da mehr dahinter??????

mehrere telefonate — seit ca. 2 wochen — regelmässig alle tage zu unterschiedlichen zeiten, auch am wochenende. vorwahl scheint auf canada zu schliessen. anrufende sind englischsprechend und weiblich; sofern sie überhaupt sprechen. meistens wird nach bekanntgabe des namens aufgelegt. unterfreulich — lästig — unnötig

Seit mehreren Tagen werden wir nun schon belästigt. Der Anrufer spricht gebrochen deutsch. Meine Nerven liegen blank, wie ich es hasse von solchen Webe anrufern belästigt zu werden. Manchmal erhalten wir mehrere Anrufe an einem Tag von derselben Nummer. Was hilft gegen diese Belästigung?

Seit zwei Tagen gehen in regemässigen Abständen Anrufe von dieser Nummer ein, hebt man ab, ertönt das Besetzzeichen. Kann Swisscom diese lästigen Anrufe nicht unterbinden?

Wurde englisch/amerikanisch sprechend angerufen, dass mein PC extrem gefährdet sei und in wenigen Tagen abzustürzen drohe. Er wäre von Microsoft und könne mir helfen, das zu verhindern. Ich habe abgelehnt und das Telefonat beendet. Dann sofort den PC vom Internet genommen und heruntergefahren. Danach wieder einen Neustart durchgeführt (ohne Internetzugriff) und alles extern sicherheitshalber abgespeichert. Alles scheint i.O. zu sein. Ist heute "Fake - Tag"? Es war nicht der einzige Anruf mit obskuren Angeboten, so auch mit einem Gratisbesuch zur Krankenkassenüberprüfung von zu viel gezahlten unnützen Mehrversicherungen, die die KK subventionieren!?
