The first time I gave my new number to FPL then the Next day, this number called 10 times. What are the FPL's safety standards? never happened with other merchants, How can FPL have this leak of information and how are we protected giving FPL bank accounts, credit card information, home addresses SSN etc etc ?????

They called stating it was Fpl and that my payment the last 2 months stayed stuck in the system when I confronted the person on the phone and told them I would call Fpl directly they told me to google the number I did and it shows Fpl but it’s not Fpl it’s fraud

I just received a call in Spanish and he said that my last 2 payments to FPL haven’t been verified and that I can talk to a Manager. I just said that I was going to check my account online and that guy yelled saying that I can’t going online. I hang up and block the number. Nice Try! (FPL never call anyone, just text or email). Bye bye Felicia!

They tried billing my friend and before he could even pull out his wallet I did a search on Google, cause I was a bit skeptical about the number at first and to my surprise, came across this as a result. Nice try, but I'm too smart for this... FPL doesn't even call if you have a bill that's due. They send you a letter by mail. They never call
