Going to UCLA health for an appointment and received this voice message which sounded weird to withdraw my appointment unless I pay in cash: “Good afternoon my name is Diana I'm calling you from Sally financial care center this message is for Mr. Rango. I was calling in regards to your upcoming appointment for tomorrow I was calling to let you know that the authorization for that is currently pending it is not clear for tomorrow so if you have any questions feel free to call back you're more than welcome to reschedule to a later date or if you want to absolutely keep that appointment you can add a cash price in which you won't be reimbursed so if you have any questions feel free to call back at 310-301-8899 thank you bye-bye…”
