Hello, this was very useful content. I also have a store selling تونر ریکو. You can visit my store. https://www.iranprintmart.ir/shop/%D8%AA%D9%88%D9%86%D8%B1-%D8%B1%DB%8C%DA%A9%D9%88
"Hello, We are with the Printer Support Company. I was going to send you an updated printer manual, but I need to confirm the model number of your printer in order to do it." Sure- What number do you have, I'll check it. "Ah we cannot reveal that information; this is a recorded line". I had my fun, but the end-goal is that once they have your printer model number, they can brute force your password if it has one (it's only 4 digits), or send you a manual and legally try to take you to court with a phoney recording saying "I want this manual". No joke.
