The number appears to be a U.S. mobile/landline line with various reverse lookup sources listing owner details, location, carrier, and potential spam flags. Public facing directories and scam report databases show mixed results, with several services flagging numbers similar to this as potentially risky, but no definitive, universally corroborated identity. 1. Type and ownership: Reported as a U.S. number (details vary by lookup service) with carrier and line type data often shown; exact owner name is inconsistently provided across sources. 2. Online mentions: Numerous reverse lookup and spam check sites mention the number or similar numbers, highlighting potential spam risk and providing generic owner/location clues or none at all. 3. Spam/scam association: Mixed signals; some sources indicate potential spam or unknown caller risk, while others provide generic lookups without definitive fraudulent activity tied to this exact number. 4. Public exposure: Appears in public facing lookup databases and spam report aggregators; not consistently shown in breached datasets, but presence in multiple public directories is common. 5. Advice on answering: Not clearly safe to answer; given mixed or uncertain risk indicators, treat as potentially unwanted until verified. Avoid returning sensitive information or engaging with unknown numbers.

5survey call from IPSOS
Hello, we are a legitimate research firm and would appreciate your input. If you’d like more information about Ipsos, please visit www.ipsos.com.
They keep calling regardless of numerous times I and my co-workers have asked them to stop. We are all set with logistics.
Caller said her name was Mary from "IPSO". They were doing a survey regarding supply chain. She asked her 1st question & ended with "Yes or No"? I won't say yes or no so I answered in a sentence. She next asked if I worked for and she said my name. I answered that I was that person. Next, she said she had to follow the script and asked if she could record my full name. I told her the call was over and I said goodbye.
Dropped call or no message received in San Mateo, California.
