I've ignored this number several times. They leave no message and when I do answer they hang up

I got a call today at about 3:30 pm from this number. I ignored it and they left no voicemail. My caller ID says it was a man named Paul Budrow and that the number belongs to the Mount Vernon, WA area. I do not know who this was or what they wanted as I said I ignored the call. But based on what the reverse number is showing I am kind of glad to have ignored it
