https://lienrllc.com It's a legitimate collections agency. Their agent Martin Delgado left a voicemail that was difficult to understand, so I thought it was a scam. He threatened to sue me. But once you speak to the managers, you realize it's actually a legitimate operation. They were seeking payment on a past due impound storage invoice from Action Towing and Road Service. That being said, the daily storage rates for an impounded car are totally unreasonable and something ought to be done about that. It's shockingly expensive and unfair that the government allows Action Towing to charge such an exorbitant rate.
