6legal and threatening serving papers calls. from 430-236-1327
Call came in on caller ID as S&S Associates # 469-570-6663. Hello. This message is for <NAME>. My name is Valerie Jimenez. I am calling to inform you that this is your official notification. You have been placed on my schedule to be served court sealed documents. You will be served at either your place of residence or place of employment and will need to provide your signature and two forms of identification. If you have any questions or would like to place a stop action on this service, you will need to contact your filing party at 430-236-1327.
Latest call left a VM threatening to serve a person I don't know with "court filed documents." Supposedly service will be at my home or employment and requires signature and 2 forms of ID. For questions or to place a stop action on service, I'm supposed to call my "filing party" at this number. I've been receiving these calls/voice mails/texts for several years now. I ignore them and block the number, but they contact me with a new number every time.
I can't believe these guys, trying to trick me with fake legal documents.
Claims that they will serve me at home or at work with home sales documents and I need to provide ID.
