14It is Charter Spectrum, if you have an installation or a trouble call in they call to confirm the appt. If you did not make a call or appt, then likely a Sales Rep signed you up without your knowledge. Just tell them you didnt order service.
Charter confirming installation appointment.
spectrum
Confirming appointment.
It's Charter Spectrum Business Installation reminder. Robo call reminding me that my appointment was scheduled and if I needed to speak with anybody to press 1. I do have an appt today and it's legit.
This is definitely NOT Charter or Spectrum. It may be an ex-employee or something who knows how to imitate Charter, but I called their number, refused to give my information, and spoke with a representative who called herself "Miracle" with employee number "MNO." She said she saw that I had a 10 AM appointment for a specific day, but wanted my first and last name to pull up the account. Reread that sentence. I then googled Charter and called their customer service directly. I certainly did NOT have an appointment scheduled. This phone number (480-263-4005) did not match any of their records, and they could not find "Miracle" either. I mean, it would be a miracle if they could, right? They may not be scamming you over the phone, but imagine what would happen to you if you actually allow this fake company's "technician" to show up to your house? Be careful, people. Stay safe. Caller: "Spectrum" Call type: Telemarketer
Confirming a Charter cable service appointment. This call is made the day before. They also call on the day of the appointment.
Got the call but didn't pickup. They left a voice message, an automated voice of reminder of my Charter Communications appointment. I think it is trustworthy.
Charter installation appointment reminder.
It is Charter Communications confirming my appointment for cable repair.
Reminder call of Charter appointment to install service
This is the number for Charter installation appointment reminders and confirmations. Every time I have an appointment scheduked, thus number calls the day before to confirm. It is automated. If they call you didnt have an appointment I would guess they have the wrong number on file for whomever they are scheduled with.
Pretend to be charter to confirm installation (?). Did not requested any installation. Called back number left on message. 800-747-8134. Scammers just want to confirm your number. It's fake. This people are to no good. Don't make the same mistake of calling. This jerks just want to know they have a valid phone number.
I didn't pick up first, cause I was out. I called back the other day and there was an automated voice reminding me of the appointment I had.
