A concise, standalone report could not be produced here because no reliable, specific information about this exact number was provided by accessible sources in this session. The number appears to be a US based line; public aggregators and scam report databases show mixed, user contributed notes for many 1 800/+1 numbers, but none can be confirmed as definitively linked to a single identifiable entity without direct lookups. 1. The line type is not definitively identifiable from the current data; many reverse lookup tools list both mobile and landline variants and sometimes business associations, but exact ownership is not confirmed here. 2. Online chatter about this exact number is not conclusively verifiable in this moment; some platforms aggregate user reports, while others require account access or paid reports. 3. No confirmed, universal association with spam or fraud can be established from the available results; reports about numbers vary by source and may be user submitted. 4. Public exposure appears possible on some directories or reporting sites, but verification of leakage or breach association for this exact number cannot be established from the provided results. 5. Given uncertainty, it is prudent to treat the call as potentially risky and avoid answering or returning calls unless the caller identity is confirmed through trusted channels.

This number is associated with a scam. I was charged $1.00 then another $28.00 on my card back to back. Researching online, it states it’s for cyber doctor visits as the company “justanswer.com”. I received this following message: ***This message confirms your membership cancellation. You won't be charged again. If you feel there has been some mistake or to reactivate your membership, call 1-800-349-0230 at any time. Text HELP for help and STOP to end*** But notice, they text as one number but appears as a 1-800 number. Watch your statements closely!!!

Had to dispute (successfully) unsolicited monthly charges on my credit card.
Got SMS when I signed-up and cancelled membership from justanswer (a scamming website). I replied on that SMS and my outgoing text got charged from my cellphone (even though i have unlimited text messages).
