After 15-20 minutes of being on hold with multiple redirections, the call is redirected to their voicemail with no choice to remain on hold. I've left multiple voicemails in good conscience trying to get in contact with these people, but these calls are never returned by a human, instead the calls always from "Jen from FST". After the third time waiting on hold only to be sent to a voicemail that is clearly not checked, I have blocked the number
