I did have a prescription denied according to an Optum email that held no info as to what prescription. A call to the pharmacy indicated it was too soon to refill. But nothing from UHC. This number has called twice. A robocall with ID stating RXPharmacy Drugs. The first call I passed ONE to indicate my name. But then when it asked for my birthdate, I hung up. The second time I let it go to voicemail hoping itv would leave more pertinent info so I could verify if it came from UHC or Optum RX but it didn't. "Would yes press one if not press two ........thank you for your time goodbye…” the first question at the beginning did not record so I couldn't hear the question. I'll let the next call go to voicemail and see if any more is captured. Why wouldn't they leave a message if this is about a denied claim? I don't know for a fact this is a scam. But they are asking for personal info without identification.
