this number is used for customers who are with bell. My friend called me from a No Caller ID number & I have the feature on my phone where I get voicemails as texts to listen to. When someone calls from no caller ID and leaves a voicemail, the text with their voicemail is sent from this number.

This caller has called twice and left voice messages meowing like a cat. My kids recently lost our family pet of five years. And put posters up. I have lost faith in humans. None of them are being raised with any empathy anymore.
