This is the local group phone number for the transaction dispute department of ELAN Financial (a credit card issuer), or their parent company. It equates to 1-800-260-8469. The 701-461-0010 number is what flashed on my caller ID (right before it flashed to telemarketer/spam) when my claims processor tried to call me. A bit of quick research indicates that ELAN' credit card division is owned by US Bancorp, the corporate parent of US Bank
