Identified themselves as from the UPS lost package claim dept. Had my name and asked about a package that I had been sent after I'd canceled the order, the shipped had gotten it stopped at their local UPS warehouse. Now they're saying they can't find it (even though UPS has said it was there for 3 weeks) and they keep asking me to return it so they can refund my order (that they never canceled like they said). This person knew who the shipper was and the tracking number and that it was a laser unit, and said they were investigating a package that was filed as lost. Since I told them they couldn't record the conversation, I wasn't giving them any other info beyond "no, i never got the package and tracking shows it never left California", they weren't happy with me and told me that's all they needed and hung up on me. Sounds like it could've been a legit call since all of the info they had was correct.

Spam call. They have no information regarding my address to "deliver a package," other than that they know I live in Bedrock, and they want to know all my personal information. Nice try. This is either spam or a joke call from Joe Rockhead.
