I missed a payment one month, it slipped past due to having a newborn, they call 18+ times a day everyday with robo callers by the time I realized I missed the payment and paid off the card (17 days) I had 323 missed calls from them under my block list and 112 voice mails. That's insane. Its hyper aggressive debt payments calls to the point where it would be a nuisance if I couldn't just block them on Verizon. I just paid off the credit line and closed all business with them and will never do so again.

If you have never done business with GE DON'T!! I am not behind on my payment yet they call and send letters daily saying that I am. When I call to try...and I do mean try, to find out what is going on I get only foreigners that don't have a clue! This company is definately not worth the hassle!!!!!!!!!!

I had a Care Credit Account but paid the account in full and requested they close my account. Care Credit is like loan sharks with their 75% plus interest after the initial 0 interest period. I do not owe them anything! Why as they calling?

Bought & installed new floors through "Lumber Liquidators". Financed through this company, who uses "Synchrony Bank". On 1 occasion, I was 2 days late submitting my monthly payment, due to family health issues. They called 4-5 times each day, starting at 8am till 9pm. One of the days was a Sunday! I advised them that the payment would be made as soon as I could get to the bank, since it was the weekend. They said until the payment was made, I would continue to get calls. I reminded them it was illegal for creditors to make collections calls on Sundays, and told them to stop, or I would file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. He laughed and hung up! The calls continued, until I paid the bill on Monday!!

They really are NOT a Debt collection company!! They are a Finance Company!! I was 2 days late on my care credit loan & received a call before 8am Tues morning. yes I totally forgot that my payment was due that day, but calling me to remind me before 8 am isn’t going to make me jump up & pay right then~my brain isn’t capable of even understanding much of anything before 8 am most days, being I don’t get to bed until after 4am, LOL but, bottom line is, you owe, so don’t get upset that they are calling you~>that said, they need NOT to be calling before regular NORMAL Biz hours, hahaha

This is a safe caller. Annoying? Yes! But it's their money that got borrowed (carecredit) and they deserve to get paid back. If you're tired of the relentless calls -make your payment, something I still have to do :D I'm just waiting until I get paid first.

This is Synchrony Bank, who is the parent company of Care Credit - it's a division of GE Money. They only call if your payment is late. I missed a payment, and once I made the past due amount payment, the calls stopped.

This # is from the collections dept. of Synchrony Financial. They have been relentless in their calls regarding a late payment with my CareCredit account. I never answered until I had the money to make the payment. He was kind enough, but I'm not sure where in the world he was calling from. His accent was strong, but he had no problem communicating in & understanding American English. My payment was 30 days past due. The calls picked up pretty quickly (on a Sunday, no less) to 5 times daily, 7 days a week from 7 to 8 in the morning to 9 or 10 at night. They use an auto-dialer until you pick up, so don't think you will wear them down first.

Receiving multiple calls from these scammers from the GE Bank. RObo is asking for account numbers and other personal information because they had to confirm something.. and bla... SCAM! Don't fall for them!
