Called saying 10 phones were bought on my account. Called to verify purchase then gave me a code to use, which I did not use. Definitely a phishing call.

A person called my mom stating that an important letter from AT&T had been returned to them undeliverable. Then, he preceded by asking account-identifying questions. Once I asked for his name he transferred the call to another so-called employee who then verified his employee ID number was correct, which was the second part of the scheme. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION!!! I did call AT&T to set a HIGH alert on the account.
