I was calling my insurance company and at my 2nd attempt, my call was intercepted by the scammer... he pretended to be an agent and asked for personal information, including Credit card # that he needed just for "pre-screening".. As soon a I realized of the scam, I immediately blocked my card and called my bank. They verified 3 transactions that i did not do. be aware of that number 1-800-373-3411
