The number appears to be a US based line potentially associated with business or telemarketing activity, but reliable, verifiable details about ownership are not readily established from available public sources. Online chatter includes generic reverse lookup results and spam report aggregators, with mixed accuracy across services. 1. Ownership/type: No definitive owner identified; reverse lookup results vary, suggesting a generic US number that could be mobile or landline but not clearly linked to a specific entity. 2. Online mentions: Various spam/lookup sites show this number in search results and user reports, typical of numbers flagged as telemarketing or scam risk, though not consistently corroborated. 3. Association with abuse: Some reports and lookup alerts indicate potential telemarketing or scam risk; no universal consensus on fraud or phishing tied definitively to this exact number. 4. Public exposure: Appears in public facing lookup and spam report databases, and in user generated discussions; presence seems consistent with exposed numbers, though not necessarily breached data. 5. Advice on calling back: Not advisable to answer or call back unless verification from a trusted source confirms legitimate contact; consider filtering or blocking until clearer confirmation emerges.

Call related to Calls pretending to be government, businesses, or family and friends received in Victoria, Minnesota. Calling with recorded message (robocalls)

Anonymous
Mar 21, 2018

Got message on voicemail. Said it was AmEx account protection. Said to call back on their number or number on back of card. Said the account holder was "Jeffrey E Santis" or "Jeffrey DeSantos," sounded something like that. Not even close to my real name. So I called AmEx number on the back of my card, they said my account was ok, and 800-382-0613 is NOT a valid number for any of American Express activities. Fraudulent claim by number owner. Scam city.
