I received an automatic recording saying that my pseg was going to be cut off in the next 45 minutes and they needed a 250.00 payment immediately but she was telling me I had to go buy a card from the store to make payment. She wouldn't tel me why I had to get a card. She wouldn't let me pay online. She wanted me to pay her at that moment. She was very rude and threatening. I then called pseg back and they told me my account was fine and it was a SCAM caller. Calling from the pseg customer service number

Phone rang, Caller ID showed Public Service Customer Service. I answered and an automated messaged stated that there was a disconnect order on my energy accounts. I hung up and Googled the number. The number was listed as a local PSEG office, my energy provider. I was a little concerned then, but checked my bank account and PSEG account and saw no issues there. I then dove a little deeper into google and saw that other people were having issues as well. Glad its scam. Definitely spooked me.

This number has been calling for months and once I spoke with a real person. They state they are going to save me money on my PSEG bill, clearly a scam. I blocked the number but they keep calling but don't leave messages.
