2I received a new credit card, and tried to call the number to activate the card. The real number for Fidelity Card Services is 800-553-7650, but I accidentally called 800-533-7650. The number picks up as a automated system, and then transfers you to an agent. The agent asks for personal information to verify the account. I provided the impersonator my name, date of birth and address before I realized that I had dialed the wrong number and hung up. I do not know what additional information they would have asked for.
