My husband has gotten his CPAP supplies from Verus Health Care for sometime now; and he spoke to them just today via this phone #--1-800-937-2779--re: restocking some of his supplies. The call is completely legitimate; and they call periodically to monitor the status of supplies and make sure there are no problems or questions, etc.

Sell CPAP supplies. Will get your info from Insurance and tried to say they were the supplier for my local company. I talked to my local supplier and they are NOT and I am still not sure how they acquired all our info. Very unhappy.

Didn't leave a voice mail. I've done business with them before. They sell CPAP supplies, and took over for my previous supplier. Very aggressive -- they call every time their software suggests that your insurance company you're ripe for another sale.

And the call went right to VM and a hard to make sense of message plus the 800 ph#... but, this IS Verus Healthcare (who recently took over for - as parts supplier for CPAP/BIPAP items, from Pacific Pulmonary, who lost their Medicare & Medi-Cal contract acceptance as more and more suppliers are getting cut from it. I got a letter about this yesterday. I think it was their crappy-low-tech intro call.

A rude man called Nick kept asking about a cpap machine and wanting to sell accessories. When pressed, he revealed the name VERUS HEALTH CARE in Nashville, TN. Yet the number shown on my phone was a Long Island NY #631-930-3900. Total scam. BEWARE.
