Repeated calls from this number purporting to be Chase Fraud dept. Different story every time re: what the amount/retailer/location of the potential fraud came from. Could not tell me last four of the card number. Big red flag. Advice - hang up and call Chase yourself

Anonymous

Got a call from a different number from South Dakota before this one. Same guy calling. Says he is calling from Chase offering 0% interest on my credit card. He began asking for my info (that Chase already has) but got nothing. He got upset with me and hung up. I reported it to Chase and they canceled my card as a precaution and are sending me a new one. Any charges will be treated as fraud and investigated. Gonna report it to FTC also. Don't fall for it

Anonymous

scam saying they were chase bank.

Anonymous

Harassment Called me 9 times.

Robocall! I pressed 1 immediately. When rep asked for my credit card expiry date, I said, that I have to get my credit card, put down the receiver and did nothing. Usually they wait 3-5 min for you to return, before they hang up. Hope more people waste the time of their operators that way, then this business model is at least more expensive for them.

Anonymous

Just another scammer from India.

Anonymous

I wish I could get my hands on these people. Please, for the love of god, do NOT give out your information to these people

Anonymous

This is a Spoofed Call pretending to be from Chase using the real phone number for the chase bank do not fall for this

Anonymous

Caller ID says Chase Bank # is 8009452000. Robo call says it can lower your interest rate to 0%, press 1 to speak to rep. Pressed 2 spoke to "Joe" Asked him which bank he was with he said he deals with all cards from all banks Capitol one, Chase, BOA, I said why i's your phone call spoofing Chase' #? Told him I'm reporting it to Chase & FTC, his response is unwritable, rude & would make his Mama so proud of him..NOT!! OBNOXIOUS TRASH!! DO NOT PICK UP THIS PHONE #.

Anonymous

They call and say that they can give you a 0% interest rate. Then the guy asks for your card experation date and card number. Never once do they ask who they are speaking with. I made up some numbers. He then said this is not a good card I said to them do you think I would be dumb enough to give you that info. He then had the nerve to ask me why I was wasting his time

Got a call from this number a few minutes ago. Didn't answer and they didn't leave a voicemail

Anonymous

They only call at 3:30 am, every morning and I've had them blocked for months now.

Anonymous

Robot says its chase bank and ask you to enter you 16 digit account number.

CallerID showed Chase Credit Services however when pressed who they work for rep said “oh with all Major credit card companies like Capital One, Bank of America and Chase” Then claimed the company name is Credit Card Services (so why then Spoof Chase number??) Claims they are located in Florida. So I called Chase, customer service rep says they are fully aware of it and it has been going on for over a year now. Chase cannot do anything as that is their number on the web but is for inbound calls only and no way they can stop this scammer from spoofing their number. I hope law enforcement can catch these people as they have scammed thousand of people by now probably.

Called my office; answered with business greeting and caller hung up. Called back using my Google Voice #; automated line for Chase card services

Anonymous

Said they were Chase Bank. Called back the number, it asks you to “enter your credit card number” after entering enough bogus numbers in series I got to talk to a rep. Guy said that it’s not possible to get a legit call from this number as Chase Bank as it’s an “inbound number”, that if you’re getting a call from this number it’s a scam and to never them you’re info. As others have said, no bank will ever call and ask that, they have that info. They will only ask for information to help verify your identity (last 4 of the card, last 4 of social). Ever in doubt, hang up and dial the number on the card yourself rather than giving information to someone who has called you

Anonymous

I called chase and they dont have that number.

Anonymous

This number called me for the first time today at about 1130. I NEVER answer calls from anyone that is not on my contact list. They were kind enough to leave me a 4 second empty voicemail. I immediately blocked them

Anonymous

called and never left a message, googled the number 1st, thankfully T-Mobile has a great scam call blocker app.

Anonymous

Called and left no message the first time. Called 3 more times and asked for my credit card number. I hung up every time. Got instant call backs. If you call them you get a recording asking to enter your cc info. Complete scam

Anonymous

Have to answer calls because caller ID is busted and am waiting to hear back from the furnace people. So, seriously NOT pleased to have my time wasted by spammers

Anonymous

This number called repeatedly, everyday for over a week before I blocked the number. No message was left. I answered early on thinking it was a political election call, but there was no one on the line, so it was probably a robo-dialer

Anonymous

scam.

Called on my land line and woke me at 7:25 am. Recording claiming this was their final call about my credit card and lowering my rates. Have had many of these. Always hang up. But this is the first before 9am. I really want to track down these people and tell them I am reporting them.

Anonymous

Received call about lowering my interest rates on my credit cards. I was asked for the expiration date on my card, then asked for the card number. I'm not stupid and told the caller that I am not comfortable giving that information out. She said that this was to pull up the statements and lower my rate. I hung up and then received two more calls immediately after from an "UNKNOWN" number. SCAM.

Anonymous

Constant calls from this 800 # on my cell. I have replied STOP. Also no voice mail left

This is not CHASE BANK's number and the website that directs you to this number or chasebankblink dot come is a fake website. THIS is Chase Bank's number: 1-800-935-9935 If you need a new debit card right away, stop by a Chase branch or call us at 1-800-935-9935. From outside the US, call us collect at 1-405-272-9935. If you use TTY support, call 1-800-242-7383

Unless you are a Chase customer AND have reason to expect a call from them, IGNORE THIS CALL. It is a disguised number made to appear as if it's Chase, but it's really a SCAM. Just pick up and then immediately hang up without saying a word. If you let your voicemail pick up, you'll just get their obnoxious recorded scam message

Anonymous

Absolutely don’t answer this call. They try to have your credit card dates. If you say no thank you they start to be rude and say bad words

Anonymous

They said they could lower my credit card rate. I told them I was 15 and have no credit card so they are scammers and the lady said I think you are a scammer. So I hung up
