2Pretending to be Microsoft and claims account will be charged $429 and to call to stop service. I became suspicious when he could not explain the steps/process. I asked for the site and he rattled off microsoft something that I could not understand. He became agitated and hung up. I called back the same person answered insisting I get on the computer or my cell. Of course I did not. He hung up then suddenly the number was no longer working. They target older people and convince them to log in and based on what my mother experienced take over remotely, then get access to financials. Complete predatory person/people. I pray that something far worse than jail finds them.
