4Caller left message for my deceased parent and when I called back a lady answered and I said someone called for my mother and she said is she available and I said she's deceased and she hung up and would not answer when I called back.
Received two calls this week from the number 323-558-6932. Call was intended for my deceased loved one. They knew my loved one's name. Loved one was a senior citizen so likely they are targeting an elderly person. They left an automated voicemail with a woman's voice saying they've made several attempts to contact me and have no option but to assume I am waiving my right to handle this voluntarily. They mention mediation, but give no company name or other info that identifies who they are. They then give a number for a live agent: 833-522-4232. I have not called them back yet, but might do so with the help of a lawyer friend.
