Call back recording said it was from Citibank.... Which I doubt seriously.... this is a lie.... asking for account number don't give it person on the phone asked for my name didn't give it told me the name referencing my phone number wasn't... I think it's a phishing scam to get your name associated with a telephone number don't give any personal information

Some guy just kept asking me if I was in a place I could talk safely, I kept asking him who he was and how he got my number but he would just keep asking if I could talk safely, I hung up on him and googled the number.

Wasted 30 minutes answering what I thought was an independent survey. Continuing questions posed were very highly slanted, almost to the point of slander against Gilespie. Passing this on to the FCC & State Election Committee.

I got a call after midnight from this number, and accidentally called it back. It said it was a Market Research company looking for the opinions of Americans for helping formulate laws and marketing strategies. It's probably more on the marketing strategies side of things, right? They say they are operating in compliance with the rules of the do not call list (and yet not) and are not selling or soliciting donations. Information offered to this number will be used by govt and business entities. Then they give you an option to be removed from their internal phone list, but they ask you to respond by requesting that "service" and then asking you to type in your cell number, which to me is just a ploy to get you to say that you HAVE a cell that is active. They call in the middle of the night, IN THE USA, and that doesn't make sense at all. Are they a Chinese bot intended to give us a bad night's sleep? Or something even more nefarious? WTH? They are on numerous sites like this for calling people at ridiculously inappropriate times of day, night and weekends.

Phone rang at 8:30PM. No one is EVER on the other end when I do answer these types of calls from someone I don't know. No one I know would call at this time of night as they know we don't stay up late. So, I look at the caller ID which shows no city or state and I know: "It's THEM, again!!!!" So, I don't answer and they don't leave a message. I do wonder why this company or person calls and never replies or hangs up as you answer. What's going on? Anyone know how they can cause trouble to me by doing as they have been?

Called at 5:19 PM. Answered phone immediately. Dial tone. Caller ID gave the number and said United States. It is an annoyance call since no one tried to communicate with me to explain why they were calling.

I get about three calls from them every weekday between 4-8pm EST. As others have said, they never leave a message, and when you pick up there is no one on the line.
