4Scammer with Asian accent asking to speak with a family member who has been dead for years. Caller claiming to be with Blue Cross Blue Shield but we don't do business with them so knew it was a scam and hung up. Caller ID said "Highmark." Maybe the caller ID was spoofed. Anyway, I suggest being very careful answering a call from this number or anything identifying as "Highmark." If it's legit (and maybe even if it's not) they should leave a message. If they leave a callback number, look it up to make sure it's legit before calling them back. Better yet, just don't return the call.
62 calls in 3 weeks.....blocked ...shame on you blue cross.
This number is not a robocall, but it is also a nuisance. It is Signify Health, as a contractor to your Medicare Plan, trying to encourage you to get the free annual health checkup you're entitled to under your Medicare health plan. Your health insurance carrier is motivated by the money it gets from the federal government to have you get an annual checkup so they can treat something before it gets worse. If you don't want the annual checkup, don't answer the call.
Dropped call or no message received in California. Calling with recorded message (robocalls)
