855-416-9311. This is the fake Humana number. Memorize it, block it, report it and delete it. In fact most numbers beginning with 855 ARE scams. They must be working Florida this week because they have called many times during the past month.. Back in 2010 a caller from India said his name was "Bernie" and he was working at least five different scms. His voice and accent were easily identifiable and he would fequently add "God bless" into his spiel. But if you didn't want what he was offering he would get angry. A day or two after my roommate got an Amscot loan the calls began, so that must be how he got our number. He hasn't called for many years now, so he must have retired. Unrelated to this, but I still wouldn't trust it, someone else from India started bugging me for a DNA test if they met certain criteria. This was a two-part call. He knew when my next doctor appointment was and told me that people could get a completeDNA screening, approved by Medicare at no charge. He would tell me the questions the next caller would ask, and how I should respond. I was to tell the next caller that my grandmother had a thyroid disorder called Hashimoto's disease, to be able to qualify for the kit. This all sounded just so odd. But that I could confirm it with my next doctor visit a week later. The kit did actually arrive by overnight Fedex. It had a set of instructions, a vial, a swab, and a paid-for envelope to send it back right away. He called the next day to ask if I got it and did send it back yet. I said: No. If it's so important then they should be offering it to young people since they had their whole lives ahead. That it seemed pretty strange to be that interested in Medicare aged people; That no doctor ordered the test; That I would rather not be woried or anxious over something I most likely didn't have. And that I really didn't care who my ancient ancestors were, or what disease they could have passed down to me. I don't know for sure but highly suspect this was a scam. Once they had everything else from you, your DNA would be like frosting on a cake. I don't trust anything coming in by phone anymore.

Said the call was from Humana with important benefit information. Refuse to answer such calls unless Caller ID says Humana. Will always check the number as possible spam/scam.
