Called my parents, an ex boyfriend and his wife, and me saying the needed an appraisal. I’m still confused on how they got my ex’s wife’s number. And says her name is Lisa Valdez but each person she called came in with a different phone number in different towns! Ridiculous

Called in regards to "certified document" that need to be delivered and signed. Filing party only gives 48 hours to come out and complete this so they will try to reach me at my place of employment first. If I'm unable to be reached then they'll come to my home.

Miranda Whitman, (so she says), has been calling and leaving messages with my mother, brother and son. She claims to be an appraiser with Nationwide Property and Appraisal service. She is calling to let me know she has been retained to come out to my house with a police officer to do an appraisal on my truck and another vehicle which was never in my name and was sold over 3 years ago. She also states that she has 48 hours to do the appraisal which will take about 15 minutes and has paperwork for me to sign. She ends the call by saying it is a courtesy call so I should plan accordingly. She has only harassed my family which has made my mother overly anxious.

This message is intended for ________ . My name is Miranda Whitman. I'm an appraiser with nationwide property and appraisal services. I'm giving you a quick courtesy call today. We've been retained to do an appraisal. It looks like on the Chrysler Town and Country. The way this process works, they gives me 48 hours to get these done. I will be out with an officer. I'm not sure if you're still with your place of employment, if not, I'll try your address at ______The appraisal itself should only take about 15 minutes. I'll take some pictures and then we'll have to sign a few things after this is complete. If there's a better time or day for you or you have any questions, you can contact the retaining party. That number is one seat 8559241027 along with the case number that is T as in Turkey , you have been notified. Please plan accordingly.

Called stating that I had 48hrs before "this process moves forward." Saying that if I am unable to make myself available to call the 855 number. Gave me an affidavit that started with a T. I looked up Nationwide Property and Appraisal (the company she claimed to be calling from) and called them directly. There is no one with their company named Lisa Valdez nor is my address listed with them

"Kristen Holland" called, did not state company or employer in voicemail. Called in regards to case placed with her office that is attached to my name and social security number and she wanted to give me the opportunity to speak with her about the time sensitive matter. If I could return her call to this number then reference case number T41762. But the caller ID came from a local number not the one she wants call back at.
