Lisa is BEYOND rude she will hang up on you if you do not answer with exactly what she wants to hear, which would be that you are going to fall for this scam and purchase toner or ink. Do not order toner or ink from this company! I get my toner free with my lease on my printer. I'll be ready for the next rude call they make to my office.

Called wanting someone who orders print supplies. He didn't want to talk to her so i asked if i could take a message. I was mid-sentence when she hung up on me. I'll be ready for the next call, i'll be the rude one this time.

Woman consistently calls and asked if I was in charge of purchasing toner and ink and I told her yes and said we are okay with our current supplier. She asked if I order the supplies, I said yes, she asked if I made the final decision of where to purchase from. again I said yes and she said no you only order the supplies and don't get to make that decision thankyou and hung up.

A representative from Kelly Printing Supplies called my office and asked for the person in charge of purchasing ink and printer supplies. When I asked if this was a sales call, she immediately hung up on me. This is highly unprofessional and I wouldn't do business with this shady company even if I did need printing supplies.

super rude lady at Kelly Printing Services. Terrible company with awful customer service - doesn't give up. tells us we owe them money, but then says they don't do contracts. keeps calling back every couple days but will hang up when we say we don't want any.

Call repeatedly -- at times daily. Will not leave voice messages. Want to "let you try free of charge because we know you will love it" toner cartridges. I declined, but they keep calling. Scam seems likely as I have heard this same line from other "companies" who turned out to be less than honest in their arrangements.

They call every day. Several times per day. We have repeatedly stated for them to not call. We have repeatedly stated for them to remove us from their list. We threatened reporting them and they called back the very next day.

They called and asked for our printer model number. They do this so that they can send you unwanted printer paper and bill you for it. It is a long time scam and they are extremely unprofessional. They will yell or hang up on you the very moment you request some more information or tell them that you are not comfortable giving out your information. Just hang up on this number immediately.

Called and stated the owner of the business asked her to call. I told her that he was out of the office and asked to take her callback info, she refused and said "I'll call back." I asked her not to since she wouldn't know when the owner, with whom she is attempting to speak, would be present again. She hung up. I called the owner of our company. He has never heard of her or the business. Tried to call the number back to be placed on Do Not Call and it goes to a dead end.
