Work for Home Health Agency in Greater Boston Area- they attempted to request patient-identifying information during call without being able to verify the patient’s name, date of birth, or other standard identifiers. The caller also inquired about our EMR system, which raised additional security concerns. I terminated call after this occured please BEWARE
