Texted me with the message: Your medical bill from your ambulance trip with American Medical Response is now ready. You may also receive a bill in the mail. However, we were billed already and it has been resolved by legitimate means. This is obviously a scam.

Second text, American Medical Response is missing either your email or home address. Please update this information so we can keep you updated on your bill activity. Third text, we would like to remind you that there is an outstanding balance on your medical bill from your ambulance trip with American Medical Response. All with links. I think they are spams. How could I take the trip if the ambulance doesn’t have my address?

866-476-3012 "Your medical bill from your ambulance trip with Medevac MidAmerica, Inc._WINN is now ready to be paid, but your insurance company has denied coverage of some services per your policy." And then it has a link to click to view. I called that number and got a recording that said my call could not be connected and to please click on the link provided in the email. SCAM!!!
