Received a letter supposedly from Synchrony/Amazon Store Card. Letter looks photo copied. Telling me they tried to send my statement to my email and it came back. I have had the same email for many years.

I called the number after getting a robocall that I needed to act on my Amazon store card. I double-checked to see that it was the number on my card and called. It turned out they had an old bank account they had tried to do my autopay with, and it was returned to them. I worked this out with the bank agent.

This is the number Amazon help gave me through the Amazon App, so I'm not sure where you folks are getting your info when you say it is a scam and not Amazon affiliated. Maybe someone is calling you from a spoofed version, but this is the number Amazon customer service told me to call through the Amazon App.

Not Amazon. I gave my debit card info for payment and realized quickly thereafter they are definitely not Amazon. I was transferred and disconnected. I called my financial institution and canceled the card immediately. When searching for Amazon credit card login, it is the first site that comes up. Not ok.
