So this number called me. I called back. They were demanding my birthday social security number and address, and I told him that I needed an old what the matter was regarding before.I give any information and who they were, i got hung up on so I call back and request a manager. The manager again refuses.Supposedly manager refuses to give me any information and is demanding that I give her the same information.All my personal information and refuses to confirm who they are or what the matters pertaining it's gotta be a scammer because according to the fair collection act, they're supposed to disclose who they are. And what the matter is pertaining before you give any information, not hang up on you. And refuse to tell you who they are.So it's gotta be a scammer.
