Called in as HILTON rep. They called 3 times today. Left voice messages each time saying they were calling me about a complaint I submitted. I've never done such a thing! Blocked them.

Caller ID as HILTON. Unsolicited Marketing Call. Person identified themselves as a Hilton Hotel Chain Representative and had my name. The call was on speakerphone on their end and had people laughing in the background and other noises. They wanted to tell me about a "Las Vegas Promo". I told them I had no interest in Las Vegas, Then they began talking about the advantages of Las Vegas and their package. I told them again, I have no interest in Las Vegas. Then they said, "Um, well then let mw tell you about other packages, let me pull up your account, (Typing Noises). I told them I am not interested and hung up. I do have a Hilton account, but I verified in my account that my settings strictly indicate not to call me. Also, the number that they called me at, is not the number I've provided in my Hilton Account. I immediately changed my account password, account e-mail and changed the phone number in my account to an alternative number, just in case. I tried to reach out to Hilton Inc. via their website chat, but it was unable to answer or verify the phone caller number since it's just an A.I. chat, and I couldn't find a phone number for customer service in my Hilton App. The laughing in the background of a woman talking to someone else in the call center and and the call being on open speaker immediately made it a suspicious call, since Hilton is a very professional company.
