"Luna from CDL" keeps calling claiming a debt from 2012 is going to be turned over to court if I don't pay. Made me an "offer" to pay just $1000 immediately and "take care of this". I said sure, mail me a written copy of the offer and I'll pay the $1000. She asked for my email, which I wouldn't give her because she already had my home address for mailing. She became furious and said "Oh, if you won't even cooperate and give me your email, I'll just let them know you are refusing to address the issue and turn you over to the asset identification department!" I said well, that's a lie because I told you to mail me the offer and I would pay it. I want to validate your company and a letter is much more valid than email. She laughed and hung up. They have called previous employers of mine as well under different names.

Call said it was Luna at CDL calling from +1 (657) 859-4861 telling me to call their client at 8773966970. I called back and they said it was a debt collection attempt for my ex of 10+ years ago. They said they removed my number but the whole thing is fishy.
