My call blocking software didn't let it through, but informed be that this number has been reported as belonging to a scanning operation. If you bang the number into a browser, the various party the user claims to be is a good indication that you shouldn't give them any personal information.

When I called their corp office 2 have my # taking off their list I was informed by their tech dept that the # doesn't belong 2 them. SCAMMERS ARE OUT IN FULL FORCE!
