Left a voicemail purporting to be from Humana (which is what showed in caller ID) and wanted me to call it back. The number does not appear on Humana's website for contacts. I never call back these "toll-free" numbers, especially since they can send you to a foreign location where you get slammed with international phone charges.

Caller called 3 times 1-1-25 at 116pm and then called an additional 3 times at 248pm. No voice voice mail was left for any of the calls.

Like other comments, I too recently signed up for a plan from Humana and started getting calls from this number. Its obviously a scam to gather personal information which was already given to Humana during signup.
