Let a message on my cell asking for a call back. When I did would not provide a website so I could check them out before I give my information off my light bill. Very pushing about getting my account information which I wouldn't give. So much so the woman I was speaking to got her supervisor to just ask me the same questions!

Calling about a program for gas utility users. Very pushy and didn't take no for an answer. Couldn't tell me the name of the program and just kept asking for my account number.

NTherm called with a spoofed number from the local 911 center. Requesting to talk with owner of business and refused to go in voicemail. They've been blacklisted with us for calling over 70 times in a two month period.

They called our business location today and pretended to be calling on behalf of one our vendors and needed to speak to the owner regarding some purchases that were made recently. After telling them the owner was not available to speak to, they asked for a better phone number to reach them regarding the "urgent" matter. We told them they could email them and that is when the person on the phone got very irritated and demanded to speak to the owner at once and for us to stop screening the calls for them. We hung up on them and they called back and threatened collections on our company if they didn't speak to the owner. Again we hung up.

Calls in Michigan about needing to review a gas bill with a company owner. "No money is being sought today, and you're not authorized to know more about this exchange," is the party line from both people I spoke to at this number.
