Called ID is unknown. I called back mostly to see what this scam was about. I was threatened with service of process if I do not take of this. I inquired about the lawsuit and details of where and when it was filed. Bottom line: the supposed lawsuit was about a loan from BofA in 2011; claiming the loan contained a waiver of the statute of limitations (no such waiver exists, at least in Texas) but I could settle the claim today. Their problem is that I’m an attorney
