I called this number yesterday as I noticed a charge from Sam's Club for a membership in AR. I live in WI. I called the number to dispute the charge, only for them to ask me multiple times to say my name, then spell my name, then my date of birth and asked for the entire card number along with expiration date and CVV code on the back. I asked them why they need that information when I just want to speak with someone about getting my money back. They said it was for verification purposes to send me a $100 voucher. I didn't want a voucher, I wanted my money back. Four times I called these people that couldn't even speak English. Three times I gave them the information they wanted as I kept getting disconnected. The fourth time, I lost it and went off on them. I then hung up and Googled Sam's Club Customer Service, which is a completely different number of 888-746-7726 and they helped me immediately and explained that they would mark in their system that I would be disputing the charge with my bank. DO NOT call that number. They will not help you. Call Sam's club directly.
