I was trying to call Best Buy to check my account information . I used an ID card that is NOT a credit card that had this number on the back in fine print . 888-574-1301 . I thought it was a customer service help number for Best Buy cause that is the card i use in the store . I called and it was a pre-recorded voice and the first question that was asked was I over 50 years old ?. The message then began to explain Life line emergency alert system . I hung up without saying a word . I blocked the number and began researching this number . I used reverse lookup and showed the White Pages directory had information . The site has the name blocked unless i pay for subscription . The location appears to be in Oklahoma . A note shows there has been 11 searches in the last 30 days . The White pages shows the number as Low Spam . I further researched Best Buy's customer Service number on MSM and this number is not there. I blocked this number in 2 places . I feel this number is unsafe and should be investigated . I will be contacting Best Buy for a different card with my information and inform customer service about this number and my concerns.
