Called saying they were having me covered with MEPCO for my vehicle. Can't get in touch with them. But Mepco says they could defer a payment

This is total warranty fraud--called saying that they were taking over for my current warranty company making me believe that my current company had lawsuits and would no longer be handling my warranty. I fell for it they got my information to post date draw from my bank and I blocked it after I realized it was a scam. They may be a warranty company but their morals on how they obtain customers is unethical and I will NOT do business with that.
