I've received a call 6 times from this "company". I've missed every one, but they've left messages with the name of their company, which I've found through research is much like a genuine debt collection agency's name, but without the LLC. on the end. The call back number is different than the phone number my phone records, as the call is received, and is also different from the envelope information my phone tracks. Also the web page their message says to contact, is not available. The legitimate collection agency has a contact number (including area code) that differs from the one of the scam company. Each time the fraud company contacts me, their phone number has changed, and isn't similar to their other numbers, except for the area code
